Seat Booking Widget Idea

A while back, I had an idea on a widget where you can instantly see which seat you have personally booked.

My rough sketch on how the widget works.

For this widget, it displays details on where your seat is such as which level it will be at, which is the nearest door and its row and column number. Tab on one of those forms, the screen will darken and a keyboard, number keypad or a menu of options will show up for you to key in the seats.

I thought I could work on a widget easily. I never knew it would be as completed as creating an app, though. So, as a plan, I will start programming it as a app first to understand how it works better. Then, I create an external file that stores its input data. Afterwards, the widget can extract data from the file and not the app, which has to load up for a while just to get the data. Or, that's at least I think how it works.
